Just started a new home based business so I had to shift my exercise to evenings instead of mornings. I went to a cardio strength interval class tonight and then Zumba back to back. I think I am more determined and focused to keep my health regimen since my schedule shifted. I am definitely in this for the long haul. I had more energy in my night classes this was different for me. On the way home snacked on sugar snap peas and grapefruit and turkey slices. My taste buds are changing I now love the taste of raw veggies. 2 more days til my birthday on May 1 gotta keep pushin.
