Since January, I have lost 18 pounds which is amazing. I have not been 100 percent ETL either but on the whole way more healthy.
I would like to lose 10 more pounds by the end of June. I noticed I lose weight the fastest when I stick to ETL very strict. This means no meat and a small amount of whole grain carbs every day. I know I can lose the 10 pounds in the next 6 weeks.
I have found two amazing recipes that I will be using very frequently which my husband also liked. I will post these as separate blog entries.
