A better evening, a quieter mind

Long restorative nap today, and 45 minutes of Yoga to wind down in the evening. I took care of myself at the end of the day. Tomorrow I'll do something else for my health. It won't happen by itself, I need to do this every day on purpose until it becomes a habit again. I'm still not incorporating fruit and veggies like I should be. That table really needs to turn again. I lost a large selection of skin fruits and veggies to an allergy, even the organic ones cause a reaction. I still have enough options to be eating a lot more fruits and veggies than I am right now. Time for bed.

I won't expect the world, just one small step for myself tomorrow.
