Better Day

Monday, April 29, 2013

Whew! The last week has been a blur. It had high and low points to say the least.
I am hoping for more average moments. I think I am adjusting to the results of my surgery.

My blood test showed great liver functions. I was worried last week when I had poor readings. The aftermath of surgery seemed to be the real reason.

I did my modified training. I may try a few more things. I notice more energy.
We had a 2 hour meeting with the diabetes educator today. I'm doing the correct things in diet. Hurrah! Bob's nighttime blood sugar reading was 155. Last week he had 368 one evening. I am giving him nighttime insulin shots.

I have many stressors. Sometimes writing about them helps. I know all the responses on Sparkpeople helped keep me moving ahead. Thanks.

i go by the theory that all my stressors will be lessened if i name them and call them out. no body needs to hear me for it to work. the universe will listen........

Glad you're seeing improvements for both of you! It's good to know you're on the right track and it's great you have someone to check in with. I should probably think about that.
