I am tired already, and it is only Monday. I was going to push for another run tomorrow, but now I am thinking that with the long walk planned for Thursday that I should ease up a little on Tuesday and Wednesday. I did get a short run in today. (1.5 miles in about 15 minutes.) I did not go to the gym today like I had planned, instead I did that run and the entire Fit, Firm & Fired Up DVD, including the cardio workout at the end. Doing the whole thing without stopping meant I worked up a pretty good sweat. I did it with the 10# weights too. The only workout on the DVD I had trouble with was the 7th one, which is mostly yoga and pilates moves. I guess I need to do more stretching and balance work.
I walked 11.4 miles today as well, most of that was with the dog though, so I wasn't moving at top speed. Some days Cooper wants to run, and then other days he wants to dawdle and roll in the grass. I never know what mood he will be in. He keeps me moving though.
It looks like I will hit 400 miles tracked this month. If I add in my kayaking and elliptical mileage then I am already over 400 miles. My goal each month is to track about 400 miles. This month it was mostly walking miles. Only about 30 miles running, and a few pedaling miles. That is a lot of steps.
