So I'm not getting to the absolute minimum by the goal date for vacation, but if I do really well the next two weeks like I plan to, I can get really freaking close.
I'm eating the minimum of my calories, and doing Zumba and starting running again, and making sure what I eat is good for me, with plenty of protein and carbs to keep me going. So far it's been going pretty good. I've been doing the eating part for about four days now, added the exercise for three of those days, and things have been going great.
Now I just have to make it to May 10th, and see what the results are on the weigh in. Then the hard part starts with staying active and healthy on vacation.
