1) healthy breakfast
2) healthy lunch
3) healthy snacks
4) portion-controlled dinner
5) ate a real fruit strawberry popsicle for dessert instead of something heavy on the calories
6) tracked all my food today and stayed under calorie range
7) drank 10 glasses of water
8) pulled my yoga mat and weights out of the closet and put them in my living room


The only thing that would've made it better is if I had exercised... I didn't go out for a run, but I still might pull out those weights and get in a few reps!
