I had every intention of keeping my momentum going during the break, but instead I'm finding myself a bit stalled. However, I don't think it has as much to do with the fact that I am in between BLC rounds as it does with the fact that I've had several challenges in the form of social events, being out of town, etc... Oh, and the fact that I simply like to eat a lot
!! I need to keep working on those strategies to control those difficult situations.
What continues to be "right" is exercise. I am continuing my 6 day a week exercise streak. I further plan to challenge myself to Jillian Michael's 30 day shred starting May 1st in hopes of building a better strength training program. I feel both
about doing this!!
Bottom line: I have gained weight every summer for the last several years. If I'm going to change that, I have to work now to get better habits in place, and that is what I am doing. I intend to stay connected during the break with my team, and keep plugging away!
