Ok, so I joined SparkPeople today. I've been on Weight Watchers, slimfast, LA Weightloss, WebMD, etc. etc. My life is crazy. I'm a mom, wife, composer/musician, artist, freelance designer/photographer and all around cook, dishwasher, cleaning lady of the house. I would say I'm never stressed, but my husband ends up being my biggest issue. Don't get me wrong, I love him to death, but he's a work-a-holic and, if you've read the 10 stress issue article somewhere on this site, he's described there to a T. Me, I'm very laid back, easy going and have never stressed....until I got married. Oh well...now I eat. So, I need to take control, lose the weight and lose the stress...and if that means somehow learning to make the work-a-holic change too...so be it. I want to keep my kids from falling into the stress/eat trap (my daughter is already heading down that path), I need to lower my high blood pressure and I really just want to be able to tuck my shirts into my jeans without "the buldge"!!!
So, here I am starting another weight loss/healthy life style regimine once again. Maybe this time I can actually make it work!!
