If you saw my 5:00am post then you know my morning started off freaking awesome workout and energetic and good plan for more exercise and healthy food. So what happened? Well I got sucked into my chores, and then left the house for my errands and in the middle of errand running my stomach was sooooo hungry. I let it go said I would eat when I got home...more errand running more time passing and what was the result, weak willed, hunger attack leading to Taco Bell disaster. Seriously? It was totally my fault for not eating a snack before leaving the house or taking along a healthy snack in the car. Poor planning!!!! I gorged and felt awful and sluggish and bloated an hour later...which I now know happens to me when I eat crappy foods! Sigh...and on top of that I still have several tacos and a chalupa leftover. I went over my calories today by 300...not cool. But I didn't give up on my day, I tracked my taco hell binge, made my healthy vegetable chicken casserole, threw out the rest of the taco(waste of $$$ I know but not worth eating vs. my health...suck up the loss jea!) and am now about to do some yoga. So binge acknowledged, reasons leading to the binge discovered and moving on with the rest of my week with healthy food prepped and some more exercise.
