Ideas for myself that require very little effort.... I hate to cook
1. Breakfast: Egg whites with various veggies, Whole Grain Bread (1) slice w/ fruit spread, 1 orange, 8oz glass skin Milk
2. Lunch: Whole Grain Bagel, Laughing Cow cheese wedge, Mixed Green Salad with Cranberry Crasins , sunflower seeds
3. Dinner: 4oz Skinless Chicken Breast, Mixed Veggies, Brown Rice, fruit salad over non-fat yogurt
In time I will think of more.
