Ideas for myself that require very little effort.... I hate to cook

1. Breakfast: Egg whites with various veggies, Whole Grain Bread (1) slice w/ fruit spread, 1 orange, 8oz glass skin Milk
2. Lunch: Whole Grain Bagel, Laughing Cow cheese wedge, Mixed Green Salad with Cranberry Crasins , sunflower seeds
3. Dinner: 4oz Skinless Chicken Breast, Mixed Veggies, Brown Rice, fruit salad over non-fat yogurt

In time I will think of more.

    I don't cook either: here is my daily meals!

    B: a yummy granola bar w/dark chocolate/pnuts and almonds 170 cals. or a pkg of low sugar maple brn sugar oatmeal 120 cals.
    L: An in and out burger (meat and tomm only) 325 cals!
    S: Micowave smartpop 100 cals, a yogurt 120 cals, and some pretzels sticks 170 cals.
    D: a big salad w/my fav dressing ( i dip the fork instead of putting the dressing on it) a WW secret about 170 cals. or less. and a serv of almost anything (maindish) plenty of cals left to have a 1/2 cup of ice cream or a McD cone during the day!
    S: a pc of fruit for a late night snack! usually a tangerine.

    That is a typical day for me , under 1500 cals and yummy! Make sure you like what you eat so you can do it for along, long time!
