Thanks to everyone who told me to keep track of my food. I started using the Spark food tracker and I'm really undereating (never thought that would be true of me). I'm a couple pounds under where my MD wants me to be, so I get to eat a few more veggies. Eating more means exercising more to keep my blood sugars at the right level, so I'm looking forward to the weekend when I can walk around the lake and garden. Hope it doesn't rain again.
