In the "Zone"

Last tuesday I went to the doctor, she's certified to give the zone nutritional plans.
First she explained to me the characteristics of The Zone, then asked me many questions about my health, my family, the kind of food I eat and the exercise I do; I told her it's been already two months since I joined the gym and I've been trying to eat better and I've gotten good results, I have lost 3 kg and reduce some centimeters. She gave me some advice about the exercise and about some food I believed it was ok to eat plenty of, like papaya.
Then, she asked me to take off my shoes and get on the scale, for my surprise I weighed 74.6 kilograms instead of the 72 kg I weigh on my scale, at home!!! So well, that was already kind of bad :(, then she measured my waist, abs, chest and upper arm.
At the end, we agreed my first goal would be losing 10 kilograms and the 1st step would be losing at least 4-5 kilograms in the 1st month.
I left her office motivated even though it was a quite expensive for me!!
On wednesday I received from the doctor 4 different menus because I should follow this "diet" for 1 month and then return to her, to see the results.
She said it's not necessary to weigh myself every week, but I should measure my waist.
I started the diet on Friday, after feeling anxious those couple days after meeting her, for some reason my brain switched to "Oh No, diet!" mode and I was feeling like eating all I was not going to eat later...bad, I know! :(
But after that episode, I'm back on track and trying to really follow her instructions and the menus.
I really want to make a big change and drop 10 kilograms.
