so i decided...who says that just because you have a thousand p90x dvds you have to use all of them? i decided that i am going to alternate cardio/plyometrics/kenpo/yoga, and throw in the ab ribber....and im SO PUMPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i just did cardio and im kind of obsessed.
