Well, dinner is behind me. I'll have some fruit salad in a bit and then I'm done for the day. Today seemed harder. I think that's because the caffeine deprivation kicked in. I've had a dull headache all day. Really nothing horrid, just there. And it made me think - constantly - about how coffee would make it go away. But I've not given in. Tomorrow all grains, nuts and dairy substitutes go away. So I'll be eating fruits, vegetables, legumes and fish. And drinking the supplement drink that I'm not terribly fond of. But I have faith that I'm going to get through this! Best part is calories don't count.
Breakfast was supplement smoothie with strawberries, granola and almond milk AND a banana.
Lunch was Tuscan Bean and Rice Soup.
Snack(s) Rice cake with almond butter, three rice crackers w/ guacamole AND a supplement smoothie with blueberries.
Dinner was a huge green salad with salmon.
I've had my 8 glasses of water.
On to Day Three!
