gym workout was hard

treadmill 3.5 with a hill of 5 for 45 min, eliptical 10 with a hill of 6 for 30 min, bicycle 12.8 for 30 min with speed bumps and then I did the lower body machines. I was soaked shirt, shorts etc. Man I feel better. LOL Blessings to all.
