Oh-oh, binging...

Had a rough day foodwise, wasn't satisfied after lunch and ate the rest of my homemade protein balls. Not sure if I'm not getting enough of something but will talk to my nutritionist on Thursday. Frustrating! Have decided not to use the scale except once a week at most since I was getting obsessive about it.

    Water, fiber and protein can help fill you up. Hopefully your nutritionist can help. Let us know how it goes!

    Try adding more fiber to help you fill up. I stopped weighing daily for the same reason. Good luck.
