Chamomile mango tea
Grape nuts with milk, raisins, almonds, cinnamon
Half slice of multigrain bread with saint Andre cheese
Sesame Tofu, tomato, pineapple, onion kebab with grilled corn (from local foodie "deli")
I made fresh and cooked tomatillo salsas for a mexican potluck. We also brought mole sauce, radishes, olives, cilantro and limes.
Had a couple small tacos early in the evening, and a big one late in the evening... Plus some sangria.
Sunday morning, there was coffee and milk and sugar...
And then a big brunch.
Feta omelet, mushroom, onion, grain sausage, and spinach, multigrain toast, tomatoes
Then I went for a 2.5 hour walk with my fella. Joy!
In the evening, we had more sangria, and I grilled many a vegetable. Fiddlehead ferns, mushrooms, potatoes, asparagus, onions, red pepper...
And then we had a home-based Mexican feast...
There was also chocolate
