ive been doing some math. and at my current weight, height, etc, i would have to run for 6-7 hrs a week to burn 1 freaking lb. thats retarded. while i dont eat bad foods at all, if i cut out 250 cals of some high fat food, prolly my granola and yogurt i eat in the mornings, and burn an extra 250 a day, i can loose a little bit more.
how depressing is that? i knew i shouldnt have looked at the numbers, but science is science. i dont remember what that one ladies name is who does all of the financial debt help books and stuff, you see her on TV all the time, but she tells you to not be afraid of numbers, no matter how big or small, dont be afraid of a number, and to look at it as a starting point to be planned and altered. i guess that applies to loosing weight too.
even tho i didnt pick the race for June 1st, im going to train like i have a race on June 1st. everyday, every hour is going to have to count. this video will be played every morning this month. no joke.
