Got that Dreamy Feeling Again !

Oh I was looking for it today in the Pool, I gave myself extra time today, got in the pool 20 before the aquacize class and grabbed a noodle that had been left over to warm up, yes!
Then the class started and we used the big underwater weights and that was wonderful too, after the 55 minutes class I stayed on to enjoy more pool time by myself! Just LOVE being in a huge beautiful pool ALL by MYself!

Yes, and I noticed it, I got that dreamy, loose, lovely feeling, must be those endorphins kicking in, and 2 hours later I still have them going on. THIS is a huge benefit of the water workout for me, I really push it in the water, holding each muscle group while I use that muscle, run run run in the water, back and forth, barely stopping for a second, using upper --- lower everything.

And finally after 110 minutes I relaxed to float and just hang loose in the water! Like a spaceman..... LOL. Then I put my head back, let my ears go into the water (I get ear infections, so cannot do this alot) and I just floated on my back for a few minutes feeling NO pain, NO stress, NO anxiety and only lovely, dreamy, gushy feelings of pleasure. Ahhhhhhh ........

I love this.
