Week was ok. I've been working on meal planning and paying close attention to how certain foods make me feel. Super foods have become a part of my lifestyle change. Eating clean has me feeling great most days but it gets a little boring (I'm not that creative). I've been drinking green smoothies, it has been fun experimenting with all the different fruits, chia seeds, hemp seeds, flaxseed, spinach, kale and chard.
Found out I enjoy spinning, super fun! Always looking for fun ways to exercise and burn some serious calories. Looking forward to running in my first 5K, nervous but excited. I'm collecting T-shirts from each one.
