I seem go bounce from weight loss to weight gain..and at the end of the week..I have generally lost a little..but what the hey..a little is a little.

    It's progress, and the likelihood of it staying off is better with slow loss. As long as you're making headway towards a long-range healthy lifestyle, you're going in the right direction. Keep it up!

    In the long run slow is better than no loss at all.
