I have been maintaining my exercising even on the days when normally I would find an excuse SO That's Real Progress!

I have increased my weights when doing the just bra workout. I am up to 8 10 and 12 lb dumbbells. That feels good!

I weighed in today at 183.4 so that was encouraging!
I also took some measurements to see how that's going.
I lost more fat around my bra roll area 2" worth! 2" off waist hips measured the same thighs came in ,5 " smaller and so did upper arms and above knee!!

I am so anxious to be thin again!! I am going to get there!!!
