Here it goes again

Winter SUCKED. I am so thankful I have great friends, family, and a decent boyfriend...but it took its toll on my body anyway. So now I'm feeling fat and sluggish, and that needs to change. Especially since I want to wear black leggings as part of my Ren Fest costume this summer. And will likely be hoofing it all over Ludington around Labor day.

So. Starting small, since I've already flopped a couple times trying to make changes this winter.

Week 1:
- 1liter water/day
- 2 fruit/veg a day
- Exercise once a week.
- Track (to get baseline) non-essential self-care activities.

My goal is (at some point - not setting a time yet) to be able to fit into a pair of jeans and a pair of work pants that would be nice to wear again.
