Exercise plan

I have seen many people make an exercise plan for the week and it seems like a great idea. I am trying to really push myself, because my 5k is coming up in a few weeks.

Monday - 45 min Zumba; 10 minutes strength; run 1 mile
Tuesday - run/walk 3 miles; 10 min strength
Wed. - Jillian Michaels; 10 min strength; run 1 mile
Thurs. - run/walk 3 miles ; strength 10 min
Fri. - 45 min Zumba; 10 min strength; run 1 mile
Sat. - run/walk 3 miles; 10 min strength
Sun. - rest/make-up day
