After several days of depression and trying to "climb out of a dark hole", I am starting to have better days. I was able to enjoy exercising this morning. I know exercising during depression is suppose to help, but to exercise you need energy. I really appreciate all of the comments left on my SP page and blog. It really helped knowing that I have support. Time to wrap this up so I can go for a walk now that we have nice weather.
