I am disappointed in your dr that gave you such little help and assistance. I hope he was more helpful in finding and healing the source, the root cause, of your tiredness. But I suspect not since you are posting this blog . . . If it were me, I would look for a an MD who practices integrative medicine.

I take B12 tiny teeny pills that dissolve under your tongue (do not swallow). The reason some people take B vitamin shots is because they don't absorb the B once it is swallowed and goes to the stomach. If you let it absorb under your tongue, you for sure get the B absorbed, without having to take shots.

I also swallow B complex and folic acid.

I recommend the B vitamin complex, and folic acid, and B12 tiny teeny meenies, that I buy from www.Swansonvitamins.com, using the recommended dosages on the pkg label.

You can also buy B vitamins in any grocery store. I like and prefer Nature Made brand from the grocery store for several reasons.

Also, get just a little now, then every 8 weeks they have a BOGOF Nature Made sale, and there will be Nature Made coupons in the Sunday newspaper coupon inserts, about every 6 months. When the sale and the coups coincide, I stock up. Love Nature Made's fish oil, as well.

I do not work for Swanson nor Nature Made.

I take a multivitamin which had the B vitamins.

Also I get B 12 injections since I have pernicious anemia which means I do not absorb B 12 through my digestive system.
