For lunch I had some left overs, I had a huge salad with some banana peppers, little bit of fat free Italian dressing , this salad had the shredded cabbage and we had bought family size bag and I'm so looking forward to having this again for dinner! Then I had one half sandwich of the left over low sodium turkey (no cheese and believe me that was hard cause we have two different types of cheeses left over).
My son and hubby can have the left over lasagna and meatballs although the meatballs are tiny and only have 280 calories for 6 so that's not really bad, but I'm full full and my entire lunch calorie intake was 221` calories and it was delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm glad that most of the cake went only 2 pieces left and that's for son and hubby so I'm glad that went cause mama loves cake.
I also have some left over tuna so might have that for dinner with the salad, I won't have to cook for a few days , so that's good!
I woke up today totally exhausted and hurting from head to toe from just all the preparation we had done, it takes a lot to pull off even a little event and then with the added stress.
I wanted my son to have a great day that he'll remember and that's what was achieved so it's worth every bit of pain, it was a wonderful memory that I'll cherish in my heart forever!
