Think positive

I have been doing a lot of self improvement lately & they really emphasize positive thinking.

You don't realize how much negativity you let into your life until you really take a look at what you watch, who you talk to, & what you listen too on a daily basis.

From negative stuff in the media, gossip from friends and/or family, & senseless programming on television we put a lot of rot into our brains. That negativity can even affect our weight loss goals.

So I'm trying to do more positive by turning off the television, opening up or listening to books, & telling negative friends to please focus on more brighter things or I will have to walk away. My health, & success depends on it.

    That is a very healthy way of thinking. I give you Kudos for that! We all need to work on ourselves this way and try to make our lives and our world a more positive place.
