Got a late start to my day here. Randy had to be up at 7:30 but he had a headache so I just went back to bed till 10. Then I went out to the couch & fell asleep until noon. Geez, what a slacker I am becoming-lol! Finally got up & cleaned house, then did some Sparking. Just finished 40 min on the treadmill so I am now caught up on my day. Plan on doing some more of my Rocking Body video later. It is a blast. I did it yesterday & had such a good time. I just love when exercise is fun!

Affirmation of the Day:
I live in the moment. This moment is fabulous! Now is my world

The sun is finally out
Got in some exercise
Got the house cleaned
Plan on reading a Nicholas Sparks book later
My Hubby

    Hi Patti,

For having a lazy Monday, you sure got in a lot! I had to take off because I almost finished my Spring cleaning yesterday...or should I say this morning at 4:00am. I worked so hard and did another hour of cleaning after breakfast. I was so tired today that I didn't get an other workout in today and actually had to take a 2 hour nap at 6:00 at night. Needless to say I had to make a late dinner for my family... emoticon

Glad to hear that you are really enjoying your DVD. You're right, enjoying your workout makes it seem like it isn't a workout at all!!! emoticon

    I have really had a low key day. Feeling a little under the weather so have just been taking some naps and reading for most of the day. Am calling it a time out day.
