So I had been stuck at my 120 lbs for the past 6 months or so..and then I had to sell my house and move...it did hit me pretty hard. I was at my moms for 2 months (Feb/March)...and I just moved into my new apartment. The time I was at my moms, I didnt work out at all. So for two months, I did assume I was going to gain 5-10 lbs since I didnt have the physical activity or nutrition in check. I checked my weight two weeks ago, when I planned to get back into my workouts..and I weighed less than what I was back in dec. 2012 (120lbs). Two weeks ago, the scale said I was 118.2 lbs! Of course I must've lost muscle so I didnt take it to heart. I was just happy that I didnt gain those 5-10 lbs I thought I had gained.
Checked my weight after 1 week of working out= 117.6 lbs..
today after 2 weeks being back into working out-117.1 lbs! I am like freakin ecstatic! I dont recall being this low, ever!
I hope this is a new start for me and that I can FINALLY lose these last 5 lbs.
Ultimate goal is to be at 110-112 lbs.
