My husband and I joined some friends to go and see Legally Blonde at our local live stage theater. Before the show we all went to Schlotzskys for dinner. I got a turkey avocado club salad which seemed one of the more healthy things on the menu. I had my own salad dressing and didn't eat the croutons. The salad had lots of "lunch meat" style turkey.When I got home I got on the computer to check the nutritional value of the salad and was horrified. It had 603 calories, 33 gms of fat and 2062 gms of sodium, nearly a whole days recommended allowance. The next day I had gained weight but I think it was all fluid. Learned a lesson....next time check the menu online before I go anywhere.
