Last week and this week so far my body has been a mess because this is my first month on birth control. Needless to say, I go from being miserable one day to being okay the next. Itís really weird. Hopefully this will all stop soon and I can go back to living a normal life!

There are officially only 2 weeks left of school. This week is dead week, and next week is exam week. Today was my last day of Biology lab. Iím hoping to pull through that class with a B! That would be awesome. I also got back a test today in my Bio Lecture class and I got an 82% on it which I was pretty proud of especially since the class average was a 67%. I know Iíll have a C in that class, but that doesnít mean I wonít stop working until the very end. It was definitely the hardest class I have taken since I started college. These next few weeks I probably wonít have much of a social life because Iíll be studying a lot, but that is okay with me. I also pick up more hours for RA duty next Tuesday to help with signing people out. Itís going to be interesting.

Last night I did my final program with another RA in my building and it ended up being pretty good. We had a decent turn out. We made face masks, and sock heating pads. It was pretty awesome if you ask me.

With everything going on I am definitely off of my health game right now, but I hope to get back on it next month. Iíve been thinking about my goals, and I donít know that I am going to have a fitness goal until I am officially home for break just because I will be so busy up until then. Well, I hope that everyone is doing well!!

    It is really hard to make healthy choices when you are busy, but try not to let your business derail you from achieving your goals. It is very easy to let business become an excuse not to try. I always struggle with this concept, but I know from experience that even on the busiest weeks, there is still time to make time for yourself. If you make healthy choices, you will feel better and be more productive with the time that you have. It seems counterintuitive, but it's true.
