Trying to break free

I am trying to break free of the always wanting junk food and I can always start eating healthy and exercising tomorow thinking. I write this after I went to McDonald's for lunch. My fault for not cooking this weekend (we remodeled my bathroom) and making sure I had something good to eat. I have been on a streak but not a good one....

    I love trash food but never EVER liked McDo.

    After being diagnosed Celiac, what I miss the most? Taco Bell. I know! I'd rather have Taco Bell than eat at a nicer restaurant. So tasty (to me). Even their meat has gluten in ti OR I'd not be able to do too long w/o it.

    Having food prepped *is* most of it. If you can manage to pick small junky things to eat to keep yourself happy, that would be cool. Like a small cone instead of a large kind of idea?

    I can put away A LOT, so I'm with you on the urges -- it's just not fast food due to my condition.

    Everyone has good and bad days when it comes to eating healthy. Don't let a bad day or meal discourage you. Personally tracking works for me. I know it's not for everyone but you just have to find what works for you. Good luck!

    I started the SP Fast Break today and I won't eat after 7pm( I even have an alarm on my phone reminding me at 7pm not to eat anything. lol) I will try to track and journal everyday. Oh and drink 8 cups of water...I can't believe by 10am this morning I already had all 8 cups.

    Try watching some food documentaries. Knowledge is power. I watched a few that were life changing. I still struggle but there's no way I could go back to how I used to eat.
