I woke up feeling unbalanced,dizzy and nauseated. My exercise show starts at 1pm and by 12:30 I was sure I was going to throw up. But I layed on the couch relaxed, watched the news and checked out spark people. I felt markedly better and decided to turn the show on just to see what Miranda was doing on classical stretch today. Then I thought I'd just do the warm up if I could. That turned into doing the whole workout! I felt better and luckily it wasn't one of those sweating buckets workout! I was feeling so upset that I would miss a workout, as I don't workout on the weekend only M-F. I could feel the saddlebag fat cells growing by the minute! Amazingly Miranda read my mind and the workout includes inner and outer thigh exercises. They are the hardest exercises for me but I muscled through:-) I am so proud of myself!
My hubby just walked in with Mcdonalds fries, I told him I don't want them. I love those fries, but I still feel yucky when I walk around. I may eat them but I hope not!
