I came across this program....just a thought really but unsure about it. I know that there is no quick fix. I've been successful in the past with simple diet and exercise combined, however was considering trying this as a "jump start" oppurtunity...not anything long term. I mean three days...I could do that, follow a simple menu for 3 whole days while throwing some exercise in there. It boasts results like loose 10 lbs in 3 days! Yes I don't believe that but still considering it.
