Weigh In #4

Today I weighed in at 309.7 after drinking some orange juice. I had forgotten that I was supposed to weigh myself. Ah well, I'll take it. Last time I weighed myself before my injury I was 312 lbs. I think to still have lost a bit of weight without exercising in over a month is pretty good. I'm glad I'm finally able to workout again. Maybe now I can see some even better results.

I ordered some jeans in the mail from a website called I hope they fit. Is polyester a stretchy material?

I've lost a total of 12.3 lbs since the first of the year... Looking over the course of the past 4 months, that's a terrible number. However, I'm at a much better place than I started. So even if I don't lose another pound this year, I have already been successful.

I'm soooo close to the 200s. It's going to be so awesome getting back out of the 3s. I hate having to say I weigh 3something. 2 something is bad enough. Almost done with that, though. :) Then it'll be time to tackle the 2s.

That is a positive number because it is a number that represents pounds you LOST not GAINED! That is over 42,000 calories you burned out of your body! Be happy even if you think of it as a small success. Success is success! I am confident you will make it down into the 200's! Don't push yourself like you did in the beginning (I read your blog about your leg) and if need be find alternative exercises until your leg is fully better! I started at 285 so I am not far from you and I know the pain in my knees is from my weight. But then I realized after awhile the pain was gone from losing a few pounds. YOU CAN DO IT!
