Today I weighed in at 309.7 after drinking some orange juice. I had forgotten that I was supposed to weigh myself. Ah well, I'll take it. Last time I weighed myself before my injury I was 312 lbs. I think to still have lost a bit of weight without exercising in over a month is pretty good. I'm glad I'm finally able to workout again. Maybe now I can see some even better results.
I ordered some jeans in the mail from a website called Simplybe.com. I hope they fit. Is polyester a stretchy material?
I've lost a total of 12.3 lbs since the first of the year... Looking over the course of the past 4 months, that's a terrible number. However, I'm at a much better place than I started. So even if I don't lose another pound this year, I have already been successful.
I'm soooo close to the 200s. It's going to be so awesome getting back out of the 3s. I hate having to say I weigh 3something. 2 something is bad enough. Almost done with that, though. :) Then it'll be time to tackle the 2s.
