My Update....

Sorry for not being around my friends. After my brother's wedding I caught a cold. I can't seem to shake it two weeks later. Every time I feel a bit better and want to enjoy sets me back. I start feeling sick, fatigued, coughing increases and appetite goes.

I think it is the cold virus that has been going around in the winter. I'm getting rest, plenty of fluids, fruits and vitamins. I hope it goes soon because I can't do anything!

Last week I sprang my toe on the foot of the bed. OUCH!
I'm not able to walk very well on that foot which makes the fatigue from the cold even worse.

I changed my workout numbers so my task to eat 1200-1500 should be doable. It is a struggle these last couple of weeks to get it all in. My bf has been great and has helped me get my calories in most days.

I hope you are all well and on the path to a better you. I wish I had the energy to cheer you on daily, but don't worry...I will be back. Keep up the good work and show me your progress when I'm better.

I'm going back to lie down. Just doing this blog update is making me tired.

I can't wait to be my old self again. I miss the gym so bad!
