OK, so today was my day. It was my day to hit my first MAJOR goal. I was going to be under 325 today.
It didn't happen.
Yeah, I can scrutinize everything in my past and totally stress myself out about it. I use to do that all the time. Guess what? It didn't help!
I have to look to what I need to do THIS WEEK to hit it. I am at 327.6 today and I can continue doing what I do and hit that goal.
Here is my week, planned out, so I can hit that goal:
Stay inside my calorie range (1450-1850) --- I usually am under my range!!!
Drink my water DOWN -- and not all just before bed!
Find time daily to be a positive role model in my daughter's life
4-29 ---- Neighborhood Walk (treadmill at gym if raining)
4-30 ---- Kickboxing with Jillian Michaels DVD
5-01 ---- Personal Training (30 minutes)
5-02 ---- Neighborhood Walk (treadmill at gym if raining)
5-03 ---- Daytime Neighborhood Walk (treadmill at gym if raining)
Also: Personal Training (30 minutes)
5-04 ---- Yardwork (Tons of shoveling and working hard) --- YOGA if raining
5-05 ---- Neighborhood Walk (treadmill at gym if raining)
Here's the deal. The REAL BIG reason I want to hit 325 by Sunday is because it is out to be a VERY special night for me.
I'm kind of meeting JILLIAN MICHAELS that night. Meet & Greet. SO excited. EEEPP! I am so committed this time around that I am excited to meet someone who has helped me inspirationally (I have her audio book -- Unlimited) and it has really put things in perspective for me --- not really in the weight loss category but life in general.
Ok, I could go on and on and on and on and ... oh you get the point.
I just wanted to share my goals and be accountable for them.
