I've been streaking with my exercise with gazell intensity. However, I haven't lost any weight. After taking the portion distortion quiz, the answer may have been revealed. I only got 6 of 16 questions correct.
So, now I know to watch my portions. And stop when full. And I am only have healthy food in the house right now.
This is good - right? I hope this works because if I do not lose a significant amount of weight by the end of this year, I'm going to have surgery. I will not be fat for the rest of my life. And I'm working very diligently with losing the fat.
