May Goals

Monday, April 29, 2013

I've been streaking with my exercise with gazell intensity. However, I haven't lost any weight. After taking the portion distortion quiz, the answer may have been revealed. I only got 6 of 16 questions correct.

So, now I know to watch my portions. And stop when full. And I am only have healthy food in the house right now.

This is good - right? I hope this works because if I do not lose a significant amount of weight by the end of this year, I'm going to have surgery. I will not be fat for the rest of my life. And I'm working very diligently with losing the fat.

Grumpy about being fat.

I weigh and measure everything right now because I had a problem with portion size too. I was amazed after using the nutrition tracker to see how many calories were really in certain foods and realized that I was way overboard on what I thought were healthy portions.
My biggest problem now is getting in enough cardio and strength training but I'm working on it.
Don't beat up on yourself. Take it a day at a time. emoticon emoticon

You have to be more healthy now than before you started streaking your exercise. Adjusting your portions is sure to bring some results.

May sure you're measuring more than just the number of the scale. When you're exercising a lot you can gain muscle to offset some weight loss and it seems like you're making less progress than you really are.
