Well, had a tough time over this weekend calorie wise.

Out for a celebratory meal Saturday night so i was as careful as I could be... No pudding, un-battered chicken for starters and steak with potatoes and veg for tea... I even drank diet pepsi. When the whole family had Pasties on saturday afternoon - I had a 6" low fat sub. Small changes. Every little helps.

Sunday wasnt as good. Ended up lost and starving trying to find a relatives house ended up on a McDonalds for lunch and giving it all up as a bad job (visiting relatives) Made myself baked potato and tuna salad for tea to try and keep calories low - even though he hubby had chinese!

Mentally its been a good weekend with exception of an arguement with with hub. He seems to think that its ok for him to have his nose in his phone all the time yet when hes watching little man im still not alowed 10 mins on my games. Double Standards - i hate them. And i told him so. Think getting it off my chest instead of bottling up helped.

So far today has been good. Ive worked up a sweat doing my housework - which in a house as cold as mine is an effort! - ive stayed within my calories food wise and have plenty to spare for my tea. Especially as im on soup haha.

Thanks for reading and your support,

Danielle xx

Never give up my dearie. The fact you are conscious of your eating, you will make the changes! It is good to get things off your chest, I hope he understands.
Have a great day!
