Weigh-in today revealed that I'm now 174 pounds. That's 19,4 pounds lost and 10% of my body weight gone. I also realized I've lost more than my six month old's weight and that kid is heavy!
Yesterday I started Week 5 if the Couch to 5K program and it went pretty well. I'm still painfully slow but I'm trying not to worry about it too much. Trying being the key word. I'm still super scared of Day 3, when I'll have to run 20 minutes non-stop, but I'll worry when I get there!
