I did it , I got rid of that label that I am a self sabatoger and I did it, I made my ten lb goal this week!!!
That was a big breakthrough , major breakthrough , I rewarded myself by coloring my hair , and I was active alot this weekend, I didnt want to sit and watch tv, it felt so good just to keep moving.
my husband very proud rewarded me by buying me a beautiful new set of dishes, probably the most beautiful set I ever owned and he said every five pounds I lose I can purchase some new pieces to add to my set!! I love my husband he is awesome.
My goals this week:
I want to lose two lbs
I am pre tracking my food for the next day so I am always a step ahead , if I want something else I will have to change it.
I am going to do some low impact aerobics this week.
