That's about it. OK, I also did a LOT of emotional eating, no doubt gained back the little bit of weight I lost (we'll see), and just had a major set-back. BUT, I still haven't quit or given up entirely, I guess I just gave up for that time. I need to learn how to avoid the emotional eating, as well as the "all or nothing" mentality, because that's the cause of all my set-backs. I was unable to workout to my fullest ability, so I didn't bother at all. Since I wasn't working out, I didn't bother with my diet either...and so it goes.
Unfortunately, I have several appointments lined up this morning so am unable to write more at this time, but I'll be back - count on it!
