Weekly get myself motivated list

I've been thinking about how to motivate myself to move forward on several fronts.
Since I'm a person who does well having a check list, I thought I'd create one each Monday and post it here.
So, for this week:
Track all foods eaten (Monday through Friday)
At least 250 minutes of fitness
Try out new strength training apparatus hubby bought (if he gets it put together)
Read two chapters of Excel training book and finish two online lessons
Finish first edit of 2012 Nano novel
Complete at least half of knitted purse
List 10 items on ebay
Start training puppy on leash (she hates the leash!)
The purses I'm knitting and the ebay sales $$ will all go into a vacation fund for this summer. I won't be able to make enough to cover a whole vacation, but at least it helps.
Okay, that's doable. My plan is to check in on Sunday mornings to check what's done off the list.
