Summer has finally got here.

Monday, April 29, 2013

The sun is shining which picks up the spirit. I had picked up alittle weight which made me get down on myself. Sunday was a start of a new me again. First church which we had a group called Higher Power perform. They are so good, what a way to start the week off. Then home and got my walking clothes on. I ended up doing 2.25 miles. I also did Zumba at 4. Family was waiting for me when I got home and they grilled Brats. I had one with no bun and french style green beans, then later ate an apple. Think that means I am getting myself back on track. Today is catching up on the house and then to get in a walk again. Hubby will start golfing tomorrow so that means more time for me to get out and walk. Baseball practice starts for the school today, so that means lots af running around to keep up with grandson and coach son. An exciting season. We had to put out money for 4 new tires for our car so that should mean we are ready for our travels this summer.

The weather plays so much on how we feel and how active we can be. It will be a busy summer and as usual will go much to fast.
