Challenge #5

Challenge #5- Eat at least 3 Servings of fruits and 3 Servings of vegetables 6 times this week
Drink at least 11 glasses of water daily

Limit myself to one Diet Pepsi two times this week
Include a fruit and vegetable with each meal
Plan healthy snacks
Eat a salad at least 3 times this week
Drink water throughout the day

RESULTS:Ate at least 3 Servings of fruits and at least 3 Servings of vegetables 5 times this week. Goal almost met but not quite. Drank 11 glasses of water 4 days this week and the other 3 days I drank 9.

Weight Loss- +3 pounds (Lost sight of my challenge towards the end of the week. : ( I started the week strong and then I started the weekend by stress eating and ended it with the worst cravings. Disappointed with myself but I just have to keep telling myself that everyone has bad weeks it's what you do after that that makes the difference.)
