Planning will help me direct my outcomes for this month, I'm not leaving it to chance.
To get the scale to move Downward.
Mediation once daily.
My reasons to get the scale to move downward are:
1. Hopefully to assist in alleviating my GI issues.
2. Ease my hip pain.
Hmmm... sounds like aversion therapy. Perhaps but if working on developing a healthy lifestyle will decrease my health issues, then it is a win in my book.
Eat PlantStrong - Eating mostly plants is what I have been trending toward for my healthy lifestyle. I now have some recipes ingrained in my brain so it is easier to be a bit more creative and it is easier to develop a menu. Exercise- has many benefits, strengthens us and releases stress.
I need to schedule these and make them happen even when I do not feel like it.
