Yesterday's challenge was to close the kitchen after dinner. How simple! How challenging!!
I am in the habit of enjoying a snack in the evening. There is absolutely no reason for it other than a) I'm just sitting and watching TV, b) I always do it. Neither of those are good reasons to be eating.
I discovered though that my evening snack is a powerful habit. It was on my mind a.l.o.t. But, I've overcome powerful habits before and I know I can do it again. I will do it again.
