Help Im slippppppping. There is just too much going on and I am way too nervous to concentrate on weight loss.

I have not eaten right all weekend. I have felt like CRAP all weekend. My back aches. I think I am having sympathetic labor pains for my daughter. lol (seriously)

The thought of salad is not appealing. I want SUGAR! Sugar I tell you. ARGH!

I am however eating a fiber one bar, and a greek yogurt for breakfast with 20 oz of water. I WILL get on my bike this morning.

    I'm having the same kind of week... feel like crap and not eating right... ugh :(

    YOU NEED PROTEIN! The only way to get past sugar addiction is to stop feeding it. Check your labels - I bet your Fiber One bar is loaded with sugar as well as your yogurt. Eat eggs and other protein sources and try not to go sweets. Use stevia in plain yogurt - it comes in great flavors like lemon and berry, etc. I DEFINITLEY feel your pain! I am also a sugar-aholic!

    TOM approaching? I agree with PP, maybe some sweet berries or some sugar free jello with a bit of coolwhip on top might kill the craving? YOU CAN DO THIS! Food isn't going to ease the stress, it will only make it worse. Hope the bike time helps.

    Way to go, try some fruit maybe that will help with the sugar craving. Good luck, you can do it!
