Help Im slippppppping. There is just too much going on and I am way too nervous to concentrate on weight loss.
I have not eaten right all weekend. I have felt like CRAP all weekend. My back aches. I think I am having sympathetic labor pains for my daughter. lol (seriously)
The thought of salad is not appealing. I want SUGAR! Sugar I tell you. ARGH!
I am however eating a fiber one bar, and a greek yogurt for breakfast with 20 oz of water. I WILL get on my bike this morning.
